One of our students, Bryssa Rojas, has been chasing her dream and owns her very own food truck that serves the Pueblo community. With some collaboration, Bryssa alongside Generation Schools Network, have landed her the opportunity for an apprenticeship at the newly opened Fuel & Iron food hall.
